Diagnostic and Interventional Radiological Procedures
We have recently incorporated diagnostic and interventional radiology into our practice. These procedures include arteriography of the following vessels:

• Cerebral Vascular
• Aortic
• Extremity
• Mesenteric
• Renal
• Dialysis Access

Vascular Lab Procedures
Our offices are integrated with a Vascular Laboratory which is fully accredited by the ICAVL in cerebrovascular, arterial, venous, and visceral ultrasound. The Laboratory is staffed with three fulltime vascular technologists with more than 50 years combined experience in vascular testing. It is also outfitted with the most up-to-date ultrasound equipment, which enables us to provide, absolutely, the most accurate on-invasive vascular testing in the region.

Evaluations are to be scheduled ahead of time. We will try to accommodate any patient that is felt to need an urgent study on the same day.

All studies are performed or directly supervised by a registered vascular technologist and are interpreted by vascular surgeons with an appreciation of the intricacies of vascular disease and its diagnosis. Our vascular lab is also accredited by the ICAVL.

• Carotid/vertebral/Subclavian artery duplex ultrasound.

  • Lower Extremity Doppler (LED)
  • Lower Extremity Doppler, Ltd. (ABI)
  • Upper Extremity Doppler (UED)
  • Digital evaluation (Raynaud's embolic, etc.)
  • Lower Extremity Doppler w/Treadmill stress (LED/TM)
  • Lower extremity arterial duplex ultrasound
  • Upper extremity arterial duplex ultrasound
• Peripheral venous duplex ultrasound
  • Lower (DVT, CVI, ulcers, etc.)
  • Upper (Venous Thrombosis)
  • Dialysis fistula
  • Venous mapping prior to CABG or L.E. Bypass
